The Remedy is looking for quality vendors that have the following attributes: honest work ethic, timeliness, sense of urgency, strong organization skills and great communication.

*We are currently looking for vendors in California, Nevada and Hawaii.

W-9
Business License
Business and Vehicle Insurance
- General Liability Insurance of 1,000,000 and 2,000,000 aggregate
Reliable truck with trailer towing capacity
Reliable home computer
Smartphone
Must be able to pass a background check

What can vendors expect when

working with The Remedy ?

Vendors can expect to perform tasks as it pertains to our business. This includes but is not limited to the following:

Re-keying locks
Hauling trash and debris
Making determinations of personal property
Inspecting properties for quality compliance
Lawn and landscape service
Bidding minor repairs and reporting property conditions
Securing and board-up services
Communicating with our home office efficiently
Installing smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and other minor hardware in homes
Janitorial and sales cleaning of homes
